Terms and Conditions for 939gam Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 939gam ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing access to and use of the 939gam website at https://939gam.pro and all associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo.

By accessing 939gam, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

939gam operates as an online entertainment platform. By using the platform you acknowledge that you are engaging in entertainment activities, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that gaming should always be approached with personal budget and time limits in mind.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 939gam you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be accessing 939gam as an individual for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a business or as a professional bettor operating on behalf of others.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, casino games and all other features on 939gam, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if anything changes.

• Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You must notify 939gam immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 939gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. This may include a valid CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

4 Deposits and Payments

939gam accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) only. All supported payment methods are listed on the Deposit page. Current supported channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. 939gam does not accept deposits via unofficial or third-party intermediaries.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated periodically.
• Funds deposited on 939gam are held in your gaming balance and are for entertainment purposes only. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest.
• You confirm that all funds deposited on 939gam originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes raised with your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of valid 939gam transactions are a breach of these Terms. 939gam reserves the right to suspend accounts and recover any amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• 939gam does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet or bank are governed by your agreement with that provider.

5 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set out on the Withdrawal page and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. 939gam may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must belong to the registered account holder.
• If your account has any unresolved bonus wagering requirements, the relevant portion of your balance may not be available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than Bank Transfer requests. Exact processing times are indicative and not guaranteed.
• 939gam reserves the right to carry out security checks and identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. This is to protect both the player and the platform.

6 Betting Rules

The 939gam sportsbook covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 939gam:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. The payout for any settled bet is calculated as stake multiplied by odds.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time market suspension. If a bet cannot be confirmed due to a market suspension, the bet will not be placed and your stake will be returned to your balance.
• 939gam reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or shortened may be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, as published on the Bet page.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event and are displayed in the betting interface. 939gam reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any account at its discretion.

Cricket events follow standard international cricket rules with specific provisions for rain interruptions (DLS method outcomes), match abandonment and result reversal due to appeals. Full cricket betting rules are available on the Bet page.

7 Live Casino and Games

The 939gam Live Casino features real-time table games including roulette, baccarat and blackjack with live dealers. Slot Games and Bingo are also available in the Game Lobby. The following conditions apply:

• All games on 939gam are for entertainment. Outcomes are governed by random number generation (for Slot Games and Bingo) or real-time physical game equipment (for Live Casino tables).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a Live Casino round, the game result is determined by the outcome of the physical game equipment. 939gam will apply the result based on its recorded data.
• 939gam does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, suspended or updated without notice.
• Any attempt to exploit a technical error, game malfunction or software vulnerability to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable is prohibited and any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

939gam may offer bonuses, free bets or promotional credits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Only one active bonus may apply to your account at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are offered to individual players for personal use. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers more than once is a breach of these Terms.
• 939gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the offer.
• If a bonus is credited in error, 939gam may reclaim the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

9 Responsible Gaming

939gam is committed to supporting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits on how much time and money they spend on the platform.

• Deposit limits can be set from your account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but an increase takes effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders are available to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who feel they need a break. Exclusion periods range from short-term cooling-off breaks to longer self-exclusions. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and marketing communications are paused.
• 939gam does not extend credit to players. You can only bet with funds that you have deposited onto the platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 939gam and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and further action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without a human operator.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or software vulnerabilities in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so to circumvent restrictions or collect multiple bonuses.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering or the movement of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 939gam staff or other players.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

939gam may suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or prohibited conduct.
• Account registered by or on behalf of an underage person.
• Player has self-excluded and attempts to register a new account during the exclusion period.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of Terms, any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds. If the closure is due to a breach, 939gam reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 939gam support. Any available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 939gam platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and branding — is owned by or licensed to 939gam. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any 939gam content without prior written consent.
• You may not scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the 939gam platform.
• The 939gam brand name, logo and domain name are proprietary. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

939gam provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or delays.

• 939gam is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, payment processing delays or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• 939gam is not responsible for the decisions you make when betting or playing games. All gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Where 939gam's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data
